THE FRANKLIN POLICE DEPARTMENT IS SEARCHING FOR ADDISON ALVAREZ, WHITE, FEMALE, 11 YEARS OLD, 5 FEET 3 INCHES, 100 POUNDS, BLONDE HAIR, BLUE EYES, AND LAST SEEN WEARING A GRAY HOODIE, RED PAJAMA PANTS, AND WHITE NIKE AIR ONES WITH A PINK CHECK.
