…WIND ADVISORY WILL EXPIRE AT 6 AM CST EARLY THIS MORNING… Wind speeds have fallen below Wind Advisory levels, but a brisk north breeze with gusts as high as 20-30 mph may continue through midday. Winds will diminish significantly by this evening.
